Get WUPHF’D: One Stop Messaging

What if every message sent could reach you regardless of whether you are on Facebook, twitter, email, or texting on your phone? Well, in the crazy world of NBC’s “The Office”, this technology is now possible with WUPHF (pronounced “woof”)!

In the episode, “WUPHF.com,” character Ryan Howard, played by BJ Novak, comes up with a “get rich quick scheme” called WUPHF.com. WUPHF is a one-stop shop, linking Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Fax machines and instant messages. With  WUPHF, you never miss a message. Although this was meant to be a joke, the thought behind reaching someone with one message across all platforms is ground breaking. NBC seemed to think so as well, so they created a semi-functional version of WUPHF at WUPHF.com. Could this be the next big thing in social media?

“What if every message sent could reach you regardless of whether you are on Facebook, twitter, email, or texting on your phone?”

The website allows you to invest in the company, purchase merchandise, and provide testimonials. Most importantly, you can send a WUPHF of your own to friends, family, and co-workers. If you are an Office fan you will love the site as it is peppered with lots of hidden gems.

So in your spare time  you should head on over to WUPHF.com- it’s hilarious. So go get your t-shirts, and more importantly GET WUPHF’D!!!
