Three years ago, the Boomer Esiason Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to raise money, awareness, and support for the cystic fibrosis community, approached tSG with the goal of developing and implementing a digital media strategy to grow their online presence, and establish themselves as the foremost supporter and educational resource for the CF community.
Now, three years later, tSG has developed a new website, launched multiple paid and organic content strategies for BEF’s educational programs, scholarships, and events, and continues to target new supporters from around the country to grow BEF’s following. We’ve grown the Boomer Esiason Foundation’s IG following by 900%, and average 15,000 unique engagements a month, with a $0.07 CPE.
Organic Social Media.
To promote awareness and engagement for BEF’s wide-ranging programs, tSG implemented a top-to-bottom social media strategy for BEF’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Our team developed custom graphics for each of BEF’s initiatives to establish a cohesive creative direction and brand identity.
In addition to the creative strategy, tSG deployed a series of engagement and conversion-focused advertising campaigns. These direct response efforts, targeted towards cystic fibrosis advocates, drove increased awareness and support for the CF community.
The primary goal of the Boomer Esiason Foundation is to raise money, awareness, and support for the cystic fibrosis community. To strengthen their communication strategy, tSG re-designed the BEF site from the ground up, giving it the infrastructure and organization it needed to host its innumerable programs, podcasts, and events.
tSG developed a clear sitemap for BEF, establishing a seamless navigation and content hierarchy throughout the site. Using bold branding and thoughtful calls-to-action, tSG crafted an experience to drive both donations and education supporting cystic fibrosis.
Utilizing BEF’s brand guidelines and health data across multiple CF studies, tSG’s graphic design team created a large-scale infographic to accompany the site. This infographic serves as an educational resource for anyone who wants to learn about cystic fibrosis, and doubles as a robust creative asset for the organic and boost post strategy across BEF’s social media channels.
