DSA Realty, a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage, came to tSG seeking a strategy to bolster their brand personality across digital touch points.  DSA is built upon its values of honesty and integrity, with the belief that there is a better way to conduct real estate business in New York. To help potential clients understand these core values immediately, our team set out to revamp the company’s website with engaging design and content that embodies the brand’s personality.

tSG set out to create a website design for DSA embodying the brand’s founding principles. Our designers worked to create homepage animations and to curate a body of imagery that exemplifies their motto, “A different view of real estate.” This engaging design drives visitors to explore the interactive property search, where they can explore available listings and reach out to book a viewing directly with DSA. 

To offer visitors a preview of the unique and personable service that DSA’s agents offer, we designed an interactive “Team” page showcasing the agents’ personalities by revealing on hover a fun headshot for each team member.

Our in-house developers and UX designers worked together closely to bring our interactive vision for DSA’s digital home to life.

Lifestyle Photography.

Our team produced a lifestyle photography shoot for DSA, assuming a personal approach to presenting the company’s management team and top performing agents. These images display numerous team members interacting with each other in the neighborhoods in which they possess expertise.

This body of imagery was incorporated throughout the website, creating a sense of visual cohesion across all pages.
