Mirador needed more visually appealing branding, so The Spark Group set to work on researching the top trends in the industry–so Mirador would stand out. From there, we knew we had to find a way to separate Mirador from the other luxury real estate brands, and position them as a company whose team and partners strive for a cohesive, successful company image.
From our research and data-crunching tools, we came to one vital conclusion: people, when it comes to real estate, are way more interested in learning everything upfront than later on. Of course, showcasing listings are important, but what matters more is a company name to be trusted–and that is inherently present in companies that are successfully branded.
Mirador’s branding needed an edge to it that no other real estate company had; we set out to implement a seamless web experience with a seamlessly crafted brand. From our research, we decided to make information on Mirador’s website as easily accessible and beautifully presented as possible. A cohesive company branding along with specific calls to action placed in spots meant to prompt certain actions would bring the new Mirador to life.
The Spark Group brought to life two iterations for Mirador’s branding components. Included were brand guidelines as well as intricate instructions for how to keep this branding alive and well on future collateral. As Mirador didn’t want to stray too far away from their old branding, we focused on highlighting some aspects of their old branding and paying homage to it in the new iterations.
Website Design & Development.

Connecting on a personal level.
